Vinh Ho, JD, MBA
Vinh Ho is the Senior Director of Legal Services for the South Texas College of Law Houston Legal Clinics, where he also co-teaches the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, Opioid Use Disorder Clinic, Immigration Clinic, and the Asylum/Human Trafficking Clinic. Prior to STCL Houston, he was the Executive Director and Legal Services Manager of BPSOS-Houston.

He started his legal career in 2007 as a pro bono turned staff attorney at YMCA International Services. At BPSOS and YMCA, he represented domestic violence survivors, human trafficking victims, asylum seekers, family-based immigration petitions, and family law matters. Vinh received a dual JD/MBA from Texas Tech University School of Law.

He has served on both the TX Bar’s Committees on Legal Services to the Poor in Civil Matters and Laws Relating to Immigration and Nationality. Over the past ten years, he has helped launch or was a founding member of the following initiatives: BPSOS-Houston local incorporation, Houston Immigration Legal Services Collaborative, and Texas Medical-Legal Partnership Coalition (in progress). He serves on several boards or committees, provides mentorship and training during post-disaster recovery, and occasionally travels to state and federal legislatures to advocate on various issues affecting immigrants and refugees.
