Jade Rumminger, LMSW

Jade L. Rumminger is the Social Drivers of Health (SDoH) Project Coordinator at Waco Family Medicine, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Waco, Tx. In this role, Jade leads the Medical-Legal Partnership between Waco Family Medicine and Greater Waco Legal Services. She also leads the development of SDoH programs that address barriers to healthcare in Central Texas.
