Dhara Tipler
Member At-Large
Dhara Tipler is a Member at Large on the TxMLPC Board of Directors and serves as a paralegal with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the legal field, she is an integral part of the Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) program, where she collaborates closely with healthcare providers and community organizations to address the systemic legal issues that directly impact client health and well-being. Additionally, she works alongside MHMR of Tarrant County, supporting individuals with mental health needs as they navigate complex legal challenges.
Prior to joining Legal Aid, Dhara spent nine years as an administrator with DaVita Health Care, gaining valuable foundational experience in leadership, healthcare operations, and patient care. Having served as a paralegal for more than a decade, she remains deeply driven by the opportunity to serve others, bringing advocacy, compassion, and a collaborative team spirit to the board and the broader mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families across the community.
