Keegan Warren Clem, JD, LLM
Keegan Warren is currently a senior consultant at Health Management Associates and an adjunct professor at both The University of Texas School of Law and the McCombs School of Business. She also founded the Austin Medical-Legal Partnership (AMLP) and was designated as a 2020 National Academy of Medicine Emerging Leader in Health and Medicine Scholar. Keegan received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her LL.M. in Health Law and Policy from the Southern Illinois University School of Law.
Stephanie Sommerlatte, JD
Stephanie Sommerlatte is currently the supervising attorney for Medical-Legal Partnerships at Houston Volunteer Lawyers, the largest provider of pro bono legal services in Harris County and surrounding areas. She received her J.D. at the South Texas College of Law Houston.
Vinh Ho, JD, MBA
Vinh Ho is the Senior Director of Legal Services for the South Texas College of Law Houston Legal Clinics, where he also co-teaches the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic, Opioid Use Disorder Clinic, Immigration Clinic, and the Asylum/Human Trafficking Clinic. Prior to STCL Houston, he was the Executive Director and Legal Services Manager of BPSOS-Houston. He started his legal career in 2007 as a pro bono turned staff attorney at YMCA International Services.
Sheryl Dacso, JD, DrPH
Sheryl Dasco is senior counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in their health care and FDA practice. Her practice focuses on health care regulations, compliance and transactions, including managed care arrangements, contracting and health care consolidations. She worked with the UT McGovern Medical School Department of Family Medicine to put together the first MLP at the medical school. She has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Houston Health Law Institute and currently at the University of Texas Health Science Center Graduate School of Public health and Texas A&M Law school. Sheryl received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her Dr.P.H. from the UT Graduate School of Public Health.
Kathleen Spangler, JD, MPH
Kathleen Spangler serves as the Associate Director of Customer and Community Success, Texas at Unite Us, a national company creating cross-sector collaboration software to support social determinants of health and whole-person health. Kathleen previously served as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins and received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
Christina Fok, JD, MD
Christina Fok is currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UT Health Science Center at Houston, McGovern Medical School and General Pediatrician with UT Physicians. She is engaged in clinical education and teaches residents and medical students on Medical-Legal Partnerships, Social Determinants of Health, patient advocacy, and population and public health. She received both her J.D. and M.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
